Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

We provide a 20-year Limited Rust-Through Warranty for the following components:

12 Gauge Framing
Vertical Roof Style up to Any Length
Regular Style up to 31’ Long
Boxed Eave Style up to 31’ Long
Additionally, all Certified Units are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for Wind and Snow Loads.

For 14 Gauge Framing, we offer a 10-year Limited Rust Through Warranty.

We also provide a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty from the Date of Installation.

All warranties are contingent upon normal care and maintenance, which involves using mild soap and water for cleaning. We advise against the use of harsh chemicals. Please note that warranties are limited and non-transferable.

ENVIRONMENT

This limited warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

Attack from chemical agents, fumes, liquids, or solids other than direct rain falling onto the product under warranty
Contact with soils, ashes, fertilizers, or other moisture-retaining substances
Failure to remove debris and/or failure to provide free drainage of water, including internal condensation, from all surfaces of the product
Deterioration of the sheet caused by contact with green or wet timber or treated pine
Installations subjected to unusually corrosive environments at any time in the future
Storms and tempests or other acts of God

MAINTENANCE

The paint film surface must be washed annually using mild detergent and clean neutral water. Do not clean the paint film surface with abrasives or chemical cleaners.
